Today marks the Yahrzeit of the Lubavitcher Rebbe zt"l

Today marks the Yahrzeit of the Lubavitcher Rebbe zt"l 🕯 I was blessed with a close relationship to the Rebbe through my grandfather (standing to the right of the Rebbe with no beard), who became his private electrician when he arrived in America. I had the zechus to speak with the Rebbe and Rebbetzin on Erev Shabbatot, where they would bless me and wish me a good Shabbos. My grandparents were Holocaust survivors with no family of their own - the Rebbe and Rebbetzin were the closest thing I knew as family. I didn't realize then what an incredible privilege I had. The countless times the Rebbe has rearranged things in my life, even today - UNBELIEVABLE. On this holy day: Give Tzedakah • Light a candle • Learn a vort from the Rebbe • Pray On a tzaddik's Yahrzeit, they are even more powerful than when they were alive, given permission by H'shem to send gifts down to everyone. We know how much the Rebbe loved and helped EVERYONE when he walked this earth - you can imag...

Please Stop Texting the People You Love Most

I had a full day today with Zooms and campaign launches, but one thing has been on my mind all day: How many times do I have to tell my clients to stop texting the people that matter to them ? I have a rule. If you work with me, you have to follow it. Your significant other, children, and parents need to be at the BOTTOM of your texting list — in whatever form it takes. AI is getting us to stop using our brains. Waze is making us lose our sense of direction. Texting has stolen our ability to feel. You can never compare the way a person speaks to someone when looking in their eyes to when they're writing a text. Someone once said, "You text in your best voice, they read it in their worst." I'm afraid the younger generation is already numb to this, avoiding connection and deep feelings by actually preferring to text rather than talk. Please. The only things that should be shared in chats or texts with family and loved ones are pictures and lists. Otherwise, pick up th...

Let's band together, pray together, and bring the ultimate geulah together.

🙏 Now is the time we must band together and pray together. After America joined the conflict with Iran, the world will never go back to the way it was. But the Vilna Gaon already wrote this centuries ago. Let's band together, pray together, and bring the ultimate geulah together. hashtag # Unity hashtag # Prayer hashtag # Geulah hashtag # StandTogether

Good advice, but not a new idea.

Good advice, but not a new idea. Tony Robbins, the famous motivator, said on a podcast that the quickest way to dispel fear or anger is through gratitude. You can't have both of those emotions at the same time. He's right. And this is something that we as Jews have been practicing for thousands of years. There's a reason why, before you do anything, you recite your morning blessings, thanking G-d for the simplest things - from being able to use the bathroom to being able to see and stand up straight. If you realize all you have, what you are angry or afraid of won't necessarily go away, but you will have a different perspective and the strength to deal with it. I think it goes even deeper. Rav Fanger says, if what you want your life to look like doesn't match the life you are living, happiness is impossible. You need to become real with the reality you are living, and although it may not have been what you thought you wanted, it is what G-d says you need. Take ...

Shabbat: The Ultimate Reset

Shabbat: The Ultimate Reset   In our relentless world of notifications, deadlines, war news, and endless "what-ifs," we all desperately need one thing: a real break. Not just scrolling or the endless search for information and control, but an actual sanctuary where we can breathe, connect, and truly recharge. That's Shabbat. Twenty-five hours to step away from the chaos – the news cycle, the worries about what might happen – and reconnect with what truly matters. Everyone needs this kind of reset to succeed in life. Only the Creator could have designed something so perfectly suited to our human needs and made it non-negotiable. What seemed like restriction was actually the ultimate gift. Wishing everyone an absolutely amazing Shabbat! ✨ #ShabbatShalom #Reset #SacredPause

WHAT IF THE MERAGLIM HAD BEEN WOMEN? WE WOULD NEVER HAVE WANDERED 40 YEARS IN THE DESERT!

🔥 WHAT IF THE MERAGLIM HAD BEEN WOMEN? WE WOULD NEVER HAVE WANDERED 40 YEARS IN THE DESERT! 🔥 In this week's parsha, we read about the Meraglim AND the mitzvah of hafrashat challah - The connection will completely change how you see Jewish history. The Kli Yakar offers a profound insight, says HaRav Shneur Ashkenazi:  The Kli Yakar says H'shem was hinting - if you're going to send anyone, it should be women. Why? Because throughout history, women have proven their unwavering faith: ✨ During Yetziat Mitzrayim, they prepared drums with complete faith that H'shem would free all of Am Yisroel - they never doubted they'd need them to celebrate their freedom!  ✨ They refused to give their jewelry for the Golden Calf  ✨ B'nos Tzelafchad fought for their portion in Eretz Yisrael because of their deep love for the land  ✨ Their emunah never wavered Women - nothing has changed. While others may be distracted by what's happening around us, we see H'shem's ...

Why routine is imperative under ALL circumstances:

Why routine is imperative under ALL circumstances: When everything feels out of control, routine becomes your anchor. It's not about the tasks - it's about reclaiming your power in powerless moments. Making your bed, working out, cleaning - these aren't just chores. They're your daily declaration that you refuse to let circumstances steal your strength. Control what you can. Let go of what you can't 💪

Experience it fully. Then watch yourself respond like never before.

If you want to truly spring into action and succeed, you need to experience it with every sense you have. Take today—Netanyahu is visiting the Bat Yam strike site. Putting aside politics and photo ops, there's a deeper truth here: you can't ignite your full potential from behind a screen or through someone else's report. When you show up in person, something awakens. Your eyes see details that matter. Your body feels the weight of the moment. Your instincts sharpen. Every sense fires up and feeds your brain the raw data it needs to respond with precision and power. This isn't just about leaders—it's about all of us. Want to excel in business? Walk the factory floor. Trying to help someone? Sit with them in person. Need to solve a problem? Get to the actual location where it's happening. Your senses are your secret weapon. They gather intelligence that no amount of digital information can replace. When all five senses engage, your mind shifts into high gear...

These are the types of messages I survive on.

One of my clients wrote me that she received a notice in the mail informing her she was being dropped from her plan because of technical issues. She started panicking. She quickly called the company, faxed in paperwork, all while trying to breathe and not yell at anyone. She was saying over her pesukim of bitachon, promising to say Nishmat Kol Chai and Mizmor L'Todah when it all worked out, while waiting for the representative to answer the phone. "Hello, Mrs... How can I help you?" My client answered with positivity: "I know you're the one who can help me. I got thrown off the plan because of a misunderstanding - I am sure you can fix it." The representative said, "Sure, everything looks fine... oh wait, no, yes, you have been terminated. I see you sent in the paperwork - give it a few days." PANIC. Deep Breath Calmly, my client responds, "I am sure you can do something - write a little note, send it to someone in the office." ...

I was thinking... What if

I was thinking... What if instead of a Kallah teacher listing all the dos and don'ts, what if she looked at the kallah and with a little grin said: "Once a month, you have a day that's all about you. Spa, home, mikvah – your choice.  A day for you to rejuvenate, and take care of yourself and reconnect with your femininity, to feel beautiful and clean." Would the mikvah experience have the same scary, overwhelming effect? What if the Kallah teacher said: "During the time you are forbidden to each other, your husband will probably pull back emotionally.  He may not give you the same attention or affection, but this is not intentional.  He probably won't ever realize he is doing it. It's his subconscious being overly cautious, making sure he doesn't mess up or cross a line. It's totally normal. This is why we have restrictions; they serve as reminders." Would the niddah restrictions come across a little less crass? What if Kallah and Chasan te...

The Power of "Ain Od Milvado" ✨

In times of uncertainty, we find strength in the eternal truth: אין עוד מלבדו - "There is nothing besides Him." This isn't just a phrase—it's a complete worldview. When we truly internalize that everything flows from the Divine, our anxieties transform into trust, our struggles into growth opportunities, and our challenges into hidden blessings. The segulah of Ain Od Milvado reminds us that behind every moment, every experience, every breath—there is Divine orchestration. Nothing is random. Nothing is beyond His care. Today, on the yahrzeit of the holy Rav Chaim of Volozhin zt"l, we can harness this power even more than ever. A tzaddik's power to bring yeshuot is greater on his yahrzeit than even when he was alive. Today is an especially auspicious time to connect with this sacred truth and daven for yeshuot through the merit of this great tzaddik. Take a moment today to reflect on this truth. Let it ground you, center you, and fill you with the peace that ...

You know why I get to enjoy this coffee? Because I earned it.

You know why I get to enjoy this coffee? Because I earned it. If you're my client, you know how hard I work you. What you don't know is I work myself even harder. This morning I had a ridiculously early appointment in Geulah. Everyone knows that means traffic, parking, construction, road blocks - the works. By the time I came home, I had a heap of work waiting for me. My accountant left me a message that "we need to talk" (shoot). And if you got my yearly ad, you know I spent hours personalizing my messages. But after all that, I locked myself in my office, grabbed my weights, and did a workout that left me barely able to catch my breath. I turn 49 in sixty-eight days, BE"H. Time doesn't wait for anyone. If I don't step up and push myself, I'll fail myself - even if I have every excuse not to. And that's not an option. Before I donated my kidney, nothing in the world could deter me from my kidney-cleansing diet because if my recipient, a huge U...

Fear has one job: keep you alive.

Fear has one job: keep you alive. It's not supposed to keep you small. Fear of real danger? Listen to it. Fear of judgment, failure, or looking foolish? Ignore it. Your dreams are on the other side of that second fear. Don't let your survival instinct become your dream killer. #FearVsDreams #CourageOverComfort #DreamBig

Your subconscious is a liar

Your subconscious is a liar. You have a dream. Go get it. Stop listening to the voice that says you can't. Start listening to the one that says you must. The world needs what you're building. #ChaseIt #NoExcuses #DreamsDontWait Photo by Marija Zaric on Unsplash
