Write a complete list of everything you need to do Teshuvah for, going back as far as you can remember. Repeat this list while doing Teshuvah every single day until right after Shacharit, BEFORE Chatzot on Erev Rosh Hashana.

Then, on Erev Rosh Hashana, right after Shacharit, say your list again while also adding everything you need H'shem to gift you with so that you can serve Him properly in the coming year.
