What is your power of belief?

How strong is your power of belief?
Do you believe that your minds are stronger than your bodies?
Do you believe that H'shem created a physical force that allows your thoughts to change reality?

Before you read further please write down the answer to these questions. There is no right or wrong answer. This is an exercise to make you think and focus inward.

I am a first believer that if you do not have the answers to these questions it will be one of the biggest factors in your ability to reach your goals and grow in every area of your life.

I will answer from my point of belief without fooling myself or you:

1. I believe there is no reality other than H'shem, and when the world trips and confuses me, I have a much easier time refocusing to recognize that the stumbling block, issue, crisis, and struggle H'shem put in front of me is Him communicating with me.
I will grow, succeed, and become stronger only because of this situation. It is a constant struggle, a muscle that has become much stronger than it ever was and is definitely being worked on every moment of the day.

2. I KNOW our minds are stronger than our bodies, and I believe we are all capable of what we consider to be the impossible.

3. I see the physical force that surrounds us. I have done years of work to be able to see it and tap into it. It is a very powerful force that I have become sensitive to and B" H, I have learned not to be afraid of feeling it and seeing it in myself or others. It has actually become the fuel that helps me to refocus and reconnect.
