Shavuah Tov, Everyone. As is customary to say after Sukkot at the beginning of the winter season, "Healthy Winter."
Some of you have asked, "What's next?" More than ever, that question holds deep meaning.
We were all hoping the holidays would end with our final Geulah and an end to the constant bombings and fighting. Unfortunately, today is not that day. We continue to hear heartbreaking news of more tragedies.
On a personal level, while the Chag was hopefully full of good times, it may have also taken a toll on our relationships, waistlines, and wallets.
We are all trying to balance the good with the difficult. How do we accomplish this, and what role can I play in helping?
I am B'ezrat Hashem committed to continuing to help navigate you through the days, weeks, and months ahead. Whatever tips, strategies, inspiration, and information I can provide, B'ezrat Hashem I will.

Today is all about getting our laundry under control and fitting back into a routine. Don't be too hard on yourself or those around you. Let's try to work on our patience and compassion, recognizing everything will work out in its time. What will linger is who we were through the process.
